In this section, we are going to explore success, and look at something that most
people are either unaware of or simply avoid, which is, what gets in the way of our success. We will
also learn how to remove those barriers.
We may see and hear communication events, and they may come and go. But we can also feel communication.
In this section of Dynamic Communication we focus on connecting all three seeing, hearing, and feeling for truly
impactful delivery of information.
Successful leaders focus less (if at all) on what to say in order to get people to
take action. Instead, effective leaders focus on how they can “be” in order to embody a message that inspires
others to accomplish a task, create a powerful team or relationship, and/or join forces to complete a
mission.
Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the ability to
understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate
effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. We will dig in to your EI
and how to be aware of your EI.
There is no formula for an ideal leadership style, since what works for some people
doesn't work for others and what works at times doesn't work at all times. Here we will identify your
strengths and potential gaps as a leader.
Productivity is a measure of input and output. Personal productivity can be a feeling
or inner knowing of focus, clarity, and alignment. This segment will explore both the external and internal
components to productivity.
Our lives are a web of connecting relationships. Relationships bring us much joy and
sometimes a great deal of pain and sorrow. But through it all, they give us a mirror to see ourselves. In
this segment, you will be evaluating your key relationships in your work and personal lives and assessing
their effect on how your show up in life.

Problem solving is the process of finding solutions for difficult or complex issues.
Life is cyclical. At times, you are accomplishing something substantial, feeling confident and on top of the
world. At other times, your life can be filled with events, situations, and people, or a combination of
all of them that challenge you. At those times, your life is, at best, usually unsatisfying. What can be
done about these shifts and flows?
